Custom printed T-shirts are versatile! They come in many sizes and colors, and are the perfect solution for a myriad of needs. Whether you’re promoting a new product, supporting a cause, celebrating a family reunion, or showing your spirit at a high school basketball game, T-shirts get the job done.

Sizes range anywhere from a 6-month-old toddler tee to an adult 6XL. Color selection is vast as well, ranging from solids, to heathers, to tie-dye, and t-shirts with trim colors. Our policy at 1525, allows you to mix and match colors and sizes to achieve a quantity discount, as long as the print run is getting the exact same art (including the size), and therefore screen set up.

Typically, we’ve found that a full front or back design will still fit on a youth medium T-shirt. Often customers with a full shirt size range will create two sizes of art to accommodate this. Left chest logos are also good candidates for a toddler tee front print.

Artwork and print locations are another factor when designing the overall look of your T-shirt. What you must consider in terms of budget is the number of colors (screens) in your design, and the number of locations, are important variables that affect pricing. Size is not a factor, unless you’re looking for a jumbo oversized print – which will have an upcharge. A 6-color left chest logo will be more expensive than a 1-color full back print.

Good artwork is the key to the success of your project. You can’t have high quality printing without properly prepared artwork. Factors that may affect this include the shirt color, fabric content and weave, specialty inks, and detail of your design. We’ll take all of this into account and make whatever modifications are necessary to maximize the quality of the print.

Do You Have Order Minimums?

We DO NOT have minimum order requirements. You can order one! Of course there are price breaks as you hit certain quantities so you’re free to make the decision that makes the most sense for your project. In fact, if you request a quote and you’re close to the next quantity price break, we’ll be sure to let you know so you can make an informed decision.

Can I Provide My Own Artwork?

1525 is a full service company complete with a graphic arts department. You can provide the artwork, or maybe you just have a general idea what you’re looking for and need help conceptualizing your design. Either way works for us!

How Fast Can I Get My Order?

Our normal turn-around time is 7-10 business days from art approval. Often the actual time is less. Otherwise, a rush charge may be assessed to get your order done quickly – including next day.

Can I Mix Shirt Styles And Still Get A Quantity Break?

Yes! For example, let’s say you’re placing an order for 72 pieces. They’re all getting the same one-color front print. You would like to have red, navy blue, forest green, and white shirts. In addition to that, some will be short sleeve and some long sleeve. You also have two people who have requested a crew neck sweatshirt instead.

All of these items will be priced at the 72 piece price break because they’ll be printed in the same run with the same screen set up. In this example, there would also be an ink color change charge ($5.00 per color change), because the dark shirts are getting printed with white ink, and the white shirts will be printed in navy blue.

As a side note – this is a great way to try out a new item without committing to a large quantity. Ultimately, we want happy customers.
